Basic Conversational Spanish Course Curriculum

• Module 1: Introduction

  Students learn the importance of pronunciation. This course will give you a simple run-through of important Spanish basics. Course is designed to deliver essential information for making purchases and reservations in Spanish - and receive a very helpful overview of Spanish pronunciation and the Spanish alphabet.

• Module 2: Greetings

  Students learn how to greet in Spanish. Greeting is one of the basic functions of communication and triggers positive conversations. It helps us connect to people at a more personal level.

• Module 3: Description

  Students describe using adjectives. An adjective is a word that describes a noun or noun phrase. Its semantic role is to change information given by the noun.

• Module 4: Location

  Students learn how to talk about location. Learning location can help you to describe better and makes travel easy.

• Module 5: Date, Days, Months, Time

  Students learn about days, months, dates and time. Learning these aspects like times and dates helps to keep track of events, for organization, and to spot any patterns or relationships in data.

• Module 6: Climate

  Speak about long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Learn how human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels (like coal, oil, and gas), which produces heat-trapping gasses.

• Module 7: Professions

  Be able to make a list of different Professions and an explanation of what each person does in that profession. Know different types of Jobs and Occupations. Some of the most important ones like Paramedic, Dentist, Train conductor, Nurse, Electrician, Doctor, Businessman in Spanish.

• Module 8: Market

  Students learn to talk to dealers, shopkeepers when shopping, explain lists, describe things to purchase, make associations and build relations, and a lot more.

• Module 9: Talking About Yourself

  This module can help think positively about yourself, you will feel good and optimistic most of the time by expressing yourself in a different language. It can improve self-esteem, stress management and wellbeing.

• Module 10: Describing The Places

  Talking about a place and describing its beauty using grammar like nouns, adjectives can help you express your thoughts in a clear and concise manner. Speak with confidence and deliver thoughts in clear, understandable sentences.
