I signed up for the French Language Course with École French, as my company was beginning to work with a French client, and I didn’t want to sit in meetings feeling clueless. The trainers were very patient, and they made grammar sound fun with explanations so simple that even grammar sounded interesting. Eventually, I could actually comprehend e-mails without needing to use translation tools! This class made me feel confident, not only with the language but also with communicating with people in general. I now deal with some of the client interaction myself.

I enrolled my 10-year-old daughter in École French because she enjoyed watching cartoons in French but did not understand the dialogue. Their French Language Course for Kids was a BLAST—so many games, stories, songs and learning! Alia was speaking some French words at home within a week! She became so confident that she volunteered to speak French at her school’s language fair. As a parent, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This class not only taught her a language but also opened her mind.

I came to the French Summer School Program so that my summer wouldn’t be a waste of time. It was the best decision I made all year. Highly immersive 6 weeks of non-stop energy with plenty of cultural workshops, cooking classes and speaking labs. It was like living in a small France. I loved having such an enthusiastic teacher. I made friends, gained confidence and learnt more in six weeks than I had all year of teaching myself. Now I dream of going to Lyon to practise more.

I wanted to be a certified translator, and École French was the first step for me. The Translator Course was a tough one; it was largely focused on legal, medical and corporate translation practice. My coach led me gently through every subtlety, ensuring I learnt about context, tone and accuracy. An area where I was crappy and got better at writing! I even came away with translations that I could use for a professional portfolio. This class provided me with a clear path for a career and the belief in myself to freelance.

When I started thinking of preparing for DELF B2, I didn’t know a thing, and it felt like too overwhelming a task until I saw École French. The exam technique, mock exams and speaking skill drills were fantastic. My tutor found out where I was weak and helped me improve quite rapidly. The classes were organised but warm, and the learning was stress-free. Got through the B2 exam the first time! This was an attractive addition to my application to study in Paris. Seriously, thanks for the help and advice during my prep!

I enrolled in the French Slang Course because I felt a need to sound less formal while messaging my French colleagues. It ended up being the most fun class I’ve ever taken. We were learning the phrases as they’re said in real life — not textbook French. My coach told stories and jokes and gave examples that made every phrase memorable. Now, when I speak with my colleagues, they are surprised at how native-sounding I am! This was the course that made learning French seem up-to-date and modern.

I had taken the MNC Business French Course at the École French due to my company’s recommendation, as I was being considered for a Europe-Asia role. The training was more than just vocabulary; it also included presentations, emails and negotiations and cross-cultural communications. My teacher had worked in industry, so the examples were real ones. By the time I finished, I was able to write professional emails and confidently join client calls. I was able to get the promotion I had worked towards with what I learnt from this course.

As a digital marketer, I desired to provide content services in two languages for bilingual prospects. I became far more disciplined in writing when I was part of the Content Writing Course at École French. We practised writing blogs, ads, captions and email campaigns in French. My coach showed me how to get my tone, style and even intention to emerge according to the target audience. The tasks you work on are based on the actual industry. I now provide services in French-English content writing and just got my first international client!

I needed a DELF certification as part of my company’s Europe-expansion strategy. The French École provided focused and outcomes-based coaching with practice tests modelled exactly on the exams. The technique was professional, quick and friendly to workers. I was able to pass with a good score, and this was so useful for my international assignments.

I never thought that one could do French and computers together; I found out about this course at École French. I subscribed because my IT company is recruiting French clients, and I was required to understand technical documents that were written in French. Our instructor, Marc, taught us tech jargon, interface words and user manual language. We even practised troubleshooting conversations. The hands-on worksheets were so great. I’m now able to read French IT documentation without needing translators or other assistive aids. I gained far more.

This French Symbols Course is a bit of an indulgence for me because I am interested in this topic—I’ve always been curious about the importance of the Eiffel Tower, the rooster and the fleur-de-lis. The class was surprisingly fascinating. Our instructor, Camille, covered historical context, political symbolism and cultural heritage that went with each French emblem. I studied how symbols created a national identity and how they operate in literature and film. It showed me France in a completely different light. Now whenever I see French art or architecture, I know the story behind it.

I am a content writer, and I was looking to diversify my portfolio by writing for foreigners. École French was the thing that helped me do this. My trainer taught me to write articles, ads and blog posts in French with the right tone and the correct style. We honed our skills in SEO writing, brand storytelling and editing. The homework was very relevant – I even wrote my first French blog in this class! I now pitch clients in Europe, and I’ve even added bilingual writing to my portfolio. This programme was definitely a turning point in my career.

It changed everything for me when I took the Diploma in French Language at École French! I desired an official blessing to jump careers to hospitality. The course touched on grammar, conversation, reading literature and culture, as well as practical communication in every communicative scope. Our trainer found the right balance between routine and customisation; learning was fun even after long working hours. I can now speak to foreign guests at my hotel without any fear and occasionally help my friends out with translations. Not only has this diploma furthered my language skills, but it has also raised my confidence and opened doors to international career development.

I signed up for the DELF Exam Preparation Course to achieve my goal of getting a job in Canada. Ecole French made the travel manageable and organised. The trainer had really made maximum effort on exam techniques, listening skills, papers from the past, as well as confidence in speaking. Every mock test brought improvement. I particularly liked the individual feedback, which made it clear to me what I had to improve. I got the results for my DELF B2 last week and passed! This accomplishment has expanded my horizons, and I owe this in great part to the structured learning of École French.

I saw that there were so many job opportunities in French language translation that I decided to sign up for the course at École French. The curriculum was intense with advanced grammar, translation ethics, document structuring, and legal and business French. Our trainer was an extremely experienced translator herself and very generously delivered real-life examples from herself, her colleagues and students, which really allowed me to get a good feel for the profession. I was taught how to translate carefully and elegantly and with respect for culture. Thank you, École French, for all your support.

Signing up with École French changed the course of my life. I took the elementary French language course because my employer had announced projects in West Africa. What started out as a “work requirement” slowly grew into the highlight of my day. My teacher was so patient that even grammar seemed easy. Weekly role-plays got me over the hump. Now I pick up the phone and talk to clients in French without fear, something I never would have thought. École French not only taught me a language—it gave me a tool that changed my career.”

I signed up with École French to study for the DELF B2 exam, as I wasn’t getting anywhere studying by myself. It would have been impossible without the module tips, mock exams and personalised corrections. Within the first week, my trainer found my weaknesses and based a plan on them. Her detailed feedback on my speaking helped me to improve my fluency and accent. I passed the first time with a grade that exceeded my expectations. École French, to be honest, felt more like mentoring than coaching.

I decided to enrol in the French Diploma Program at École French when I found out that many international universities require a base of French. The reading, speaking and grammatical portion of this curriculum was best balanced. Our teacher made us think in French rather than translating, which was a huge help. I could read novels and follow French podcasts by the end of the diploma. Now I’m applying in Canada for higher studies, knowing that this diploma will make my profile a stronger one.

As a fan of French rap and film, I wanted to be able to understand real conversational French — not just the textbook kind. Exactly what I was looking for in the French Slang & Expressions Course at École French. It taught me slang, conversational language and the culture. My coach made certain we knew when and how to use the phrases. Now, when I listen to interviews or French movies, the humour and subtext are much clearer.

I took up École French’s Translator Course for a change in career (post maternity break). The training was overall-based and included translation strategies, terminology management and hands-on tasks. Each of the drafts was gone over by a trainer with meticulous notes, which helped me become more accurate. And all of that is a trifle compared with the ease and confidence I have today when freelancing on translation projects. It’s this course that has allowed me to rebuild my professional sense of self.

I signed up for the French Language Course at École French because I wanted to read the fashion mags in French without extracts. What surprised me most was how the trainer managed to transform grammar into a fun puzzle. Her little cultural snapshots fuelled all the fodder for each show. By the end of beginner, I was putting together simple sentences and having brief conversations with classmates. The institute’s curriculum and caring teachers built me up, and now I hope to continue to the intermediate level. Learning French has added the creative dimension I so dearly craved and ended up being an unwanted, pressure-free experience.

The reason why I took up PGDF (Post Graduate Diploma in French) was that I believed that a teaching career could be an excellent choice for me. École French was the perfect base for me. The course included advanced grammar, literature, phonetics, teaching methodology and fundamentals of translation. My teacher fostered logical thought and taught me class techniques. The homework forced me to clarify my thoughts. I now study with confidence, for there are specific teaching positions in French that I am training myself for today. École French oriented my career and helped me acquire a good professional sense.

I just wanted to sound more French. That’s why I learnt the pronunciation & phonetics. The course at École French was perfect for me. Our trainer worked on accent, rhythm, mouth positioning, and intonation – it all. I never realised before how important nasal sounds were until this class! The recording drills allowed me to measure my progress. Today, native speakers even compliment me on my accent. This course had me in love with the music of France. École French really does notice the details.

I would like to be a freelance translator, so I took the French Translator Course at École French. The training was extremely detailed and covered translation methods, cultural awareness, terminology and how to manage the documents. I was given real-industry-style assignments by my trainer, and that sharpened my accuracy. Now, I am able to translate business documents, emails or even short pieces of literature with confidence. École French opened up an entire future of opportunity for me and taught me the tools to make it happen!

I took the French Culture Course out of sheer curiosity; I’ve always loved their film and food culture. What I failed to anticipate was how all-encompassing the course would become. Our teacher would walk us through French history, the various art movements, music of the time, etiquette observed at festivals and even café culture. I continued to lead the way in a narrating style that made every session thrilling. Now, when I watch French films, I don’t skip over the subtle cultural references. This course put a beautiful cultural spin on my language learning experiences. École French is not simply a lesson in language; it’s an insight into the soul of France.
